THUG YOGA®️

​The O.G. all-levels, all-homies flow, themed per month to dive deeper into the mind/body connection and curated to rap music, lyrics & history.  Includes complimentary mats and Hair of the Downward Dogg (Hooch Booch +) while supplies last.

***November will feature our traditional "Shred Conditioning" format to get us shreddy for the mountain.  These classes include targeted movements, stretches and mobility exercises to "wake and bake" areas of the body most used in skiing and snowboarding.  Students will also receive weekly homework videos to continue their conditioning at the crib.  "Three 6 Movements" is a series of short videos focusing on 6 movements, 6 areas of the body and recommended 6 days per week.
