Join in with the OG class from our Thugz Mansion, Radio Boardshop in Aspen, CO. A medium/all-levels flow, designed for the mountain athlete and hip hop head alike. Do less or add in some twerks - either way we'll "wake-n-bake" our bodies with breath, focus and mindful movement. Listen up for "rap snax" about the featured rap music artists. Emerge from each hour-long class with a calm mind, opened body and hip hop spirit.
