T.Y. PRIMETIME
The O.G. all-levels, all-homies flow, themed per month to dive deeper into the mind/body connection and curated to rap music, lyrics & history. Winter classes designed to balance, restore and release shred muscles. Includes complimentary mats and adult beverages (for those 21+) while supplies last.

***November will feature our traditional "Shred Conditioning" format to get us shreddy for the mountain. These classes include targeted movements, stretches and mobility exercises to "wake and bake" areas of the body most used in skiing and snowboarding. NEW this year, students will also receive weekly homework videos to continue their conditioning at the crib. "Three 6 Movements" is a series of short videos focusing on 6 movements, 6 areas of the body and recommended 6 days per week. [2025 UPDATE: as we missed November classes this year due to Thugaragua Retreat - we'll incorporate mobility moves in December's Snoop on the Stoop month and the Three 6 Movements videos will still be available on request]
