Arielle believes that boxing is more than a sport.
It’s a science, an art, and a way of life.
Arielle carries on the legacy of the Rude Rockers (pronounced ”Rudy”) in honor of Hall of Fame coach, Raymond “Monk” Romero and her coach, Bobby Carrillo (a Rude Rocker and Colorado Golden Gloves Champion).
Originally from San Diego, Arielle now runs Lace Up Boxing Club in Aspen, CO. She's also enjoying her new title of "champion mom" to baby boy Callen along with her hubs, Bo - who makes all our swag!

Karen is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Teacher.
Karen is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Teacher. Born and Raised just outside St. Louis, Karen has lived in the mountains of Colorado since 2010.
She started running as a hobby in 2009, and it quickly developed into a passion for health and wellness. While training for marathons, Karen realized that working toward personal fitness goals and achieving results (no matter how small!) is a major key to happiness. With a Masters in Counseling & Student Development from Kansas State University, Karen also loves helping people in areas of life beyond physical fitness. Spending time evaluating her personal values and vision for the future has shaped her approach to life, and has given greater purpose and meaning to her job as a health & wellness coach.
